摘要
某企业350 kA超大型预焙电解槽在启动初期生产过程中有多台电解槽发生阳极脱落现象。本文从管理和技术角度对阳极脱落的原因进行了分析,并对脱极槽的处理及预防方法进行了探讨。
Anode shedding occurred in several electrolytic cell at the same time in the early stage of operation of 350 kA prebaken eletrolitic cell in an enterprise. This paper analyzed the cause of anode shedding, discussed the handling ways and preventive measures from mangement and technology.
