高效液相色谱法测定防芷鼻炎片中芍药苷含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Fangzhibiyan Tablets

目的为防芷鼻炎片质量控制提供新方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),色谱柱为瑞典KromasilODSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15),检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷线性范围是0.14232～0.99624μg,r=0.9997(n=7),回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.1%。结论HPLC法灵敏、简便、准确,可用作防芷鼻炎片中白芍有效成分芍药苷的含量测定。

Objective To develop an effective quality control method for Fangzhibiyan tablets. Methods RP-HPLC was carried out on Kro- masil ODS C18 column （250 mm×4. 6mm, 5 μm） using acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （85：15） as a mobile phase and UV detector at 230 nm. Results Paeoniflorin was obtained in the range of 0. 142 32-0. 996 24 μg, r =0. 999 7（ n =7）. The average recovery rate was 98.5% ,with RSD = 1. 1%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple,specific and accurate for the control of Fangzhibiyan tablets.
