活性炭对盐酸培他啶氯化钠注射液含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨炭处理过程中活性炭用量对盐酸培他啶氯化钠注射液中主药含量的影响。方法在同一温度下加入不同量的活性炭,在不同的温度下加入等量的活性炭,在同一温度、不同pH值下加入等量的活性炭,进行炭处理后测定主药含量的变化。结果随着活性炭用量的增加,主药含量迅速降低;随着处理温度的升高,活性炭吸附作用减小;pH值对活性炭吸附作用的影响不明显。结论在炭处理过程中应控制炭用量,并适当增加盐酸培他啶的投料量。 Objective To investigate the effect of active carbon on the content of betahistine hydroehloride of betahistine hydroehloride sodium chloride injection. Methods At the same tempreture,different amount of active carbon was added to the injection, and then filtered, the contents of betahistine hydrochloride were determined. Adding the same amount of active carbon, the injection were dealed with different tempreture or pH value,and then filtered,the contents of betahistine hydrochloride were determined. Results The content of betahistine hydroehloride decreased markedly with the increase of active carbon. The adsorption of the active carbon was decreased with the tempreture rising. It had no obvious effect of pH value on the adsorption of the active carbon. Conclusion The used quantity of active carbon should be controllied,and the amount of betahistine hydrochloride should be properly increased.
