小儿左向右分流先心病DSA诊断与手术结果对比分析(60例报告)

本文对60例小儿左向右分流先心病DSA诊断与手术结果作了对比分析，完全符合者56例，符合率93％，4例误、漏诊（7％），文中讨论了DSA诊断与投照角度的选择，并就先心病的几种特殊征象进行了评估。

The diagnosis of analysis DSA and surgery finding were comparatively analysed in 60 cases ofpediatric left to right shunt congenital heart disease (CHD). Of whom 56 were consistent with the diagnosisof DSA, the accuracy rate of diagnosis after surgery was 93%.Mix-diagnosis occured in 4 cases (7% ), The diagnosis of DSA and the projective angular selection werediscussed. The several special signs of CHD were estimated in this article
