摘要 “帮助”是所有软件系统的重要功能,人们试图用各种各样的方法向用户提供帮助,以便使系统的学习和使用更加简单和方便。对于一些复杂的应用系统,特别是那些依赖于用户经验的系统,用户的经验知识能够为其他用户提供更有价值的帮助。在Web网络环境中,网络使得用户之间的互相帮助成为可能。文章分析了各种各样的帮助功能,以及帮助的实现过程。给出了Web环境中一种新颖的基于用户和计算机协作的智能帮助模型,最后在一个Elearning系统中进行了实验。 Help is a very important function in all applications. Many methods are used to supply help to the users of applications and let the learning and usage of the system become easier and mere convenient. For some complicated systems, especial those depend on the expertise or tips of system users, the expertise and the tips of one user can give mere valuable help to the others. In the web applications, the network makes the mutual help become possible. We take a survey of many help functions, and analyzed the procedure of some help function At last we give a novel intelligent help model in Web applications, which is a human and computer cooperative work system, and make an experiment for a e-lerning system.
