摘要
Two Gemini-type surfactants ditetradecylnaphthalene(benzene) disulfonate(DTNDS and DTBDS) were designed and synthesized in the laboratory.In a closed reactor,α-Olefin sulfonic acid and naphthalene(benzene) were added as a 2∶1 molar ratio,then,the mixtures was heated to 150℃ rapidly under stirring well,and reacted for 5h remaining the above temperature to form ditetradecylnaphthalene(benzene) disulfonic acid without adding catalyst.The ditetradecylnaphthalene(benzene) disulfonic acid was neutralized to pH 8-9 by 30% sodium hydroxide and formed corresponding sodium sale.The conversions of naphthalene and benzene were 94.7 and 95.2%.DTNDS and DTBDS concentration were 94.6 and 94.36% in the product purified,respectively.Various surface properties of Gemini-type surfactants were examined in detail.It was found that the critical micelle concentration of DTNDS and DTBDS were 8.08×10-6 and 1.54×10-4mol.1-1,respectively.The results indicated both DTMDS and DTBDS have very high surface active.Moreover,the synthesizing route of ditetradecyl-naphthalene(benzene)disulfonate,the measurement method of the conversion,the optimization reaction conditions and the structure analysis of products were discussed closely.
