An Analysis of Current Situations and Countermeasures of Ideological & Political Education of the Faculty Members in Colleges and Universities

总体来讲,目前高校教职工思想政治工作主流是好的,思想政治教育呈现良好的积极的发展态势。但由于受社会大环境和不良风气的影响,高校教职工在思想政治素质、职业道德等方面也出现了不同程度的滑坡现象。做好高校教职工思想政治工作,不仅要突出以人为本的指导思想,更要在机制上谋求创新,还要灵活选择多种方法。

On the whole, the mainstream of the present ideological and political education of the staff in institutes of higher learning is quite good with the education work taking on a trend of commendably active development. However, influenced by the great social environment and unhealthy ways and customs, the staff＇s ideological and political qualities and their ethical morality have gone downhill to some extent. To improve their ideological and political qualities,we need to innovate the mechanism of the education work and choose varied and flexible ways to conduct it with an emphasis on the people-oriented principle.
