摘要 以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,经过自制的固定床反应器,使棕榈油脱臭馏出物(PODD)中的脂肪酸与甲醇起酯化反应,合成脂肪酸甲酯。结果表明,酯化反应的最佳物料比为m甲醇/m原料=2;反应温度在甲醇正常沸点以下时,反应温度越高,酯化率越大;酯化率随催化反应时间增大而增大,但增大速度逐渐趋缓。当在常压下,60℃反应56 min时,游离脂肪酸的转化率可达82%左右。结论:用固定床可从PODD连续制备脂肪酸甲酯。 Fatty acid methyl esters were synthesized by catalytic esterification in a fixed bed reactor from methanol and fatty acids in palm oil deodorized distillate (PODD) using a cation exchange resin as catalyst. Experimental results show that the optimum mass ratio for the esterification is m ( methyl alcohol) / m ( raw material) = 2. The conversion of fatty acids increased with the temperature when the temperature is below the boiling point of methanol. The conversion increases with time as well, but the increasing rate tends become slow. The conversion is about 82% reacting at 60℃ for 56 min. It is concluded that fatty acid methyl esters can be continuously prepared in a fixed bed reactor from PODD.
