摘要
本文就水产膨化设备的一些热点问题进行探讨,对沉性水产饲料的加工要领,膨化颗粒的外观质量的提高,生产小孔径膨化颗粒的技巧等方面进行了阐述,最后通过实验验证的方法给出了淀粉含量、模板孔径和漂浮率的关系。
This paper approaches some hotspots of aquafeed manufacturing equipment, expounds the essentials in processing settling type aquafeed, the improvement of exterior quality of extruded feeds and the techniques for producing fine - pellet extruded feeds etc. , and finally sets forth the relationship among starch content, die hole size and floating rate by dint of experimental verification.
