适应气候的低能耗建筑

摘要 建筑业是巨大的耗能的产业,目前建筑耗能已经成为影响世界可持续发展的一个主要障碍。文章从气候条件对建筑设计的影响出发,提出了应当把当地气候条件作为建筑设计的第一出发点。与此同时还分析和讨论了我国目前建筑节能的严峻形势和一些基本的建筑节能技术理论和方法,最后提出了对于建筑设计的一些基本建议。 Architecture is an enormous energywasteful industry, and the impact of the building energy waste has become a major obstacle to sustainable development in the worldwide. The article begins from the influence of climatic conditions on the architectural design, and brings forward that we should consider the climatic conditions as the first starting point of architectural design; and analyzes the grim situations of the energy-efficient construction in our country and the basic theories and methods of construction of energyefficient technologies at the same time, at the end promotes some basic advice for the architectural design.
