无论是中国的南方还是北方,南向都是住宅的最好朝向。然而,由于城市道路走向、景观等限制,住宅不可能都采用南北向。本文运用动态能耗模拟分析软件,对湖南省不同朝向的节能住宅进行了大量的计算,分析朝向的变化对其采暖空调能耗、室內热环境的影响,找出其变化规律,提出湖南省节能住宅最佳及适宜朝向范围,供节能住宅及小区规划设计时参考。
