摘要
脉冲阶梯调制(PSM)技术是将脉宽调制(PWM)技术与阶梯调制(SM)技术相结合,是高电压、大功率电源系统中的一种重要的调制技术。本文在阐述了SM(阶梯调制)技术和PWM技术的工作原理和特点的基础上,详细论述了PSM技术的基本原理及其控制方法,并通过实验验证了应用此技术的电源系统的可行性和优越性。
The Pulse Step Modulation (PSM) technology is the combination of the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and the Step Modulation (SM). And it is an important technology which is used in high-voltage high-power switching power supply systems. First, the principle and characteristics of SM and PWM are introduced. Second, the basic principle of PSM and its control scheme are discussed in detail. The feasibility and advantages of power supply systems based on PSM are verified on an experimental prototype.
