摘要
目的:采用HPLC建立草乌药材的指纹图谱。方法:Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-醋酸铵缓冲溶液(2.5‰冰醋酸-浓氨水,pH 10.5)(60∶40)为流动相;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长240 nm;柱温30℃。结果:精密度和重复性试验中各共有峰相对峰面积的RSD均小于2%,所得的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,基线平整,符合指纹图谱有关规定。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,结果可靠,可为草乌药材的质量评价提供有效手段。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-ammonium acetate buffer (2.5‰ acetic acid-ammonia pH 10.5) (60:40). The UV detection wavelength was set at 240 nm and the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL· min^-1. Result: The RSD of precision and repeatability was less than 2%. Under the selected chrographic conditions, good HPLC fingerprints of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii were obtained. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Radix Aconiti Kuanezoffii.
