草乌药材HPLC指纹图谱研究

Studies on HPLC fingerprint of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii

目的:采用HPLC建立草乌药材的指纹图谱。方法:Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-醋酸铵缓冲溶液(2.5‰冰醋酸-浓氨水,pH 10.5)(60∶40)为流动相;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长240 nm;柱温30℃。结果:精密度和重复性试验中各共有峰相对峰面积的RSD均小于2%,所得的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,基线平整,符合指纹图谱有关规定。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,结果可靠,可为草乌药材的质量评价提供有效手段。

Objective： To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii. Method： The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18（4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm） eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-ammonium acetate buffer （2.5‰ acetic acid-ammonia pH 10.5） （60：40）. The UV detection wavelength was set at 240 nm and the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL· min^-1. Result： The RSD of precision and repeatability was less than 2%. Under the selected chrographic conditions, good HPLC fingerprints of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii were obtained. Conclusion： The method was simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Radix Aconiti Kuanezoffii.
