摘要
目的:研究民族草药藓类植物回心草Rhodobryum roseum的化学成分。方法:回心草95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部分,用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱进行成分分离纯化,通过物理化学和波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:从回心草的醋酸乙酯部分分离得到了8个化合物,结构鉴定为:芹菜素(apigenin,1)、槲皮素(quercetin,2)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,3)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(2α-hydroxoleanolic acid,4)、2α-羟基乌苏酸(2α-hydroxyursolic acid,5)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,6)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,7)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxycinnamic acid,8)。结论:化合物1~8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Rhodobryum roseum. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and chromatogmphy with silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin (1), quercefin (2), oleanofic acid (3), 2a-hydmxyoleanofic acid (4), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid (5), protocatechuic acid (6), p-hydroxyberavic acid (7), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1-8 were isolated from R. roseum for the first time.
