摘要
目的:评价灯黄注射液对脑缺血模型动物的保护作用。方法:以犬大脑中动脉结扎和大鼠颈内动脉注射血栓复制局部脑缺血动物模型,测定犬血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP),肌酸激酶(CK)值,计算缺血区比例,对局部脑缺血大鼠进行神经症状和行为学的评分,计算脑梗死区百分比。以沙土鼠颈动脉结扎法复制动物全脑缺血模型,测定大脑皮层含水量,观察海马损伤程度并测定脑匀浆丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的含量。结果:灯黄注射液可明显降低犬结扎大脑中动脉后的AKP及CK的升高(P<0.05),降低脑梗死区百分比(P<0.05);改善局部脑缺血大鼠神经症状评分和行为学评分(P<0.05),减小大鼠脑梗死区域百分比(P<0.05);能明显降低沙土鼠大脑皮层水含量(P<0.05),提高存活锥体神经元数量,抑制脑匀浆的MDA和LDH的升高。结论:灯黄注射液对脑缺血模型动物具有良好的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effects of Denghuang injection on cerebral infarction in animal.Method: The study evalusted the protective effects of Denghuang injection on cerebral infarction through 3 experiments: 1. ligating the arteria cerebri media of dog; 2. blocking the internal carotid artery of rat;3, ligating the common carotid artery of gerbil. Result: The results showed Denghuang injection could reduce the cerebral infarction area after the dog's arteria cerebri media was ligated, and also could restrain the AKP&CK increase. The injection could reduce the cerebral infarction area of rat after the internal carotid artery was bloked by thrombus, and the mark of behavior and nerve symptom was better than that in the control group. Denghuang injection could obviously reduce the water content in pallium of gerbil after the common carotid artery was ligated, and also could increase the amount of living pyramidal neuron in hippocampus, and reduce the MDA&LDH increase in pallimn slurry. Conclusion: Denghuang injection can obviously protect animal on cerebral infarction.
