摘要 经过优化后,采用缸内直接喷射分层燃烧的单缸发动机取得了良好的动力性、经济性和排放性能。经济性优于同一缸径的国产6缸化油器式汽油机。与同样采用缸内直接喷射的日本OSKA式燃烧系统相比,本系统的排放性能较优。以测得的缸内示功图为基础,对本系统的放热率及其它燃烧特性参数进行了分析。 After optimization of the main parameters of the direct-injection stratified charge combustion system, good performances including power output, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions are obtained on a single-cylinder test engine with this system. Fuel economy of the test engine is much better than the six-cylinder gasoline engine fueled by a carburetor. Compared with the famous OSKA system (also direct-injection gasoline engine) the unburned HC emission and CO emission are close to each other and the NO_x emission of this system is much lower. Heat-release-rate and the other important combustion characteristics are computed on the basis of indicator diagram.
