摘要
本文详细地讨论了N次谐波喷油泵凸轮的设计方法,这种凸轮型线能满足喷油泵高速化发展的需要,可以有效地减小油泵的振动、噪声以及由此带来的一些不良后果。该凸轮在上升段逼近切线凸轮,具有较大的供油速率;在负加速段满足柱塞弹簧特性曲线,可减小弹簧的预紧力。
In this paper, the design method of Nth-degree harmonics cam for fuel injection pumps is discussed. This cam profile can satisfy requirements of high speed fuel injection pump. The pump vibration, noise and some harmful consequences from those can be reduced efficiently. The ascending part of the cam profile approaches the tangent-circle arc, and therefore possesses a higher rate of fuel-supply. In the part of negative acceleration, it satisfies the characteristics of plunger spring, and thus the pre-pressure of spring can be reduced.
