摘要
采用机械合金化方法合成了4种不同工艺制备的Mg+10%ZrNiV复合储氢材料。研究表明,先球磨制备非晶Zr25Ni37.5V37.5,然后再与Mg粉球磨复合的工艺最好。材料能够获得更多的活性比表面,复合程度最好,表现出较好的低温吸氢性能,室温吸氢1.02wt%,200℃吸氢量达到3.82wt%。利用气相色谱分析放氢过程表明,在200℃时,Mg与ZrNiV的协同吸氢效应最好。
Four kinds of Mg + 10%ZrNiV hydrogen storage compounds were prepared by mechanical alloying with different process parameters. The best one was prepared by milling amorphous Zr25 Ni37.5 combined V37.5 alloy then mechanically alloying with Mg powder, which obtained more active surface, to large extent, and showed a better absorption performance especially at low i.e., 1.02wt% hydrogen at room temperature and 3.82wt% at 200℃. The desorption analyzed by gas chromatography showed that absorption effects of ZrNiV cooperated with Mg at 200 ℃. temperature, performance was the best
