摘要
在10T强磁场下进行Al-Al2Cu共晶合金定向凝固实验,并用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察有、无强磁场下的定向凝固Al-Al2Cu共晶合金样品的横纵截面,与无磁场下定向凝固Al-Al2Cu共晶样品相比,在10T强磁场样品的Al相内存在大量位错,经分析位错类型为1/2〈110〉类型。强磁场影响了定向凝固Al-Al2Cu共晶合金的生长过程,使其组织变得紊乱扭曲,晶粒内部应力增加,产生了大量位错。
The Al-Al2Cu eutectic alloys were unidirectional solidified with l0T high magnetic field. The horizontal and longitudinal cross sections of the Al-Al2 Cu eutectie alloy samples prepared either with or without high magnetic field (10T) were studied by TEM. In comparison with the eutectic alloy prepared without high magnetic field, there were lots of dislocations in Al phase of Al- Al2Cu euteetic alloy prepared with high magnetic field. Typical dislocations were analyzed to be of 1/2 〈 110 〉 type, The Al-Al2 Cu eutectic alloy were disorganized and fureated by high magnetic field, which in turn accumulated inner stress and gave rise to the apparent increase of the dislocation densities.
