摘要
考察了侧顶复吹AOD精炼过程中侧枪枪位及支数对熔池内传质特性的影响.试验在120 t AOD转炉1/4的水模拟装置上进行,采用分析纯的氯化钠作粉剂,在AOD过程的条件下,测定了液体中溶质(NaCl)的传质系数.结果表明,在本工作条件下,对应于给定的侧枪支数、吹气量和颗粒(气泡)尺寸,熔池内溶质的传质系数随相邻两侧枪间夹角的增大而增大,6枪、27°下达最大;其值在(7.31×10^-5~3.84×10^-4)m/s范围内.
The effects of position and number of side tuyere on the mass transfer characteristics in an AOD converter bath during side and top combined blowing refining process were examined. The experiments were conducted on a 1/4 scale water model unit of a 120 t AOD converter. Sodium chloride powder of analytical purity was used as the flux for blowing, and the mass transfer coefficient of solute (NaCl) in the liquid was determined under the conditions of the AOD process. The results demonstrated that, under the conditions of the present work and corresponding to the given side tuyere number, gas blowing rate and particle of powdered flux, the mass transfer coefficient of solute in the bath increased with increasing the angle between tuyeres, and reached a maximum value at the side arrangement of 6 tuyeres with an angular separation of 27°. Its value was in the range of (7.31 × 10^-5 3.84×10^-4) m/s.
