摘要
文章首先介绍了STEP-NC数控程序,然后介绍了Part21文件的格式和部分关键信息的生成方法。重点研究STEP-NC数控程序的生成方法,对STEP-NC的SCHEMA进行了剖析,提出了SCHEMA到STEP-NC数控程序的映射方法。并且以此为基础在ST-Developer10和VC++集成的环境下开发出STEP-NC数控编程系统,该系统采用开放式模块设计,分为信息提取与特征识别模块、工艺规划模块、STEP-NC文件生成模块。该系统可进行自动特征识别,经人机交互方式进行工艺规划,最终生成STEP-NC数控程序。STEP-NC数控程序是进行数控加工的关键步骤,随着相关应用标准的发展,STEP-NC数控程序内容需要进一步完善和补充。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the SCHEMA of STEP-NC, and to study the generation method of NC program based on the new STEP-NC interface standard. The STEP-NC program are analyzed and studied and the format and generation method of Part21 are introduced, and an anatomy to the STEP-NC schema as well as the mapping method between SCHEMA and STEP-NC are given in this paper. An STEPNC programming system with ST-Developer is developed that is based on open module designing thought, This system includes information abstraction and feature identification module, art planning module and STEPNC file generating module, and it includes information extracting and feature recognition module, process planning module, STEP-NC file generating module, This system can recognize the features automatically and make process planning with human-computer interaction, and then generate STEP-NC program, STEP-NC program is the key step of NC machining, With the development of related application standard STEP-NC program need to be improved and supplemented in its content.
