摘要
针对高速全自动电容生产中,要求电容夹持表面“无压痕”的情况,将夹头驱动力和电容筒反作用力共同作用下的夹头受力变形和电容筒受压变形进行了综合分析,得出了夹头爪瓣结构变形与夹持“压痕”的关系,利用该关系设计的夹头实现电容的无痕夹持要求。文中的设计方法可广泛应用于自动化设备或生产线上高精度夹持易变形、易碎对象。
To meet the requirements of no-clamping marks on the surface of capacity, integrative analysis was made based on the deformations of clamp claws and capacity under driving moment, and acting and reacting forces, the relationship between the construction deformation of the claws and the clamping marks was obtained. No clamping mark design was realized on the relation. The method used in this paper could be widely spread to design the clamps for easy deformation and easy broken articles.
