摘要 减速器是各类机械设备中广泛应用的传动装置。传统的减速器设计一般通过反复的试凑、校核确定设计方案,虽然也能获得满足给定条件的设计方案,但一般不是最佳的。论文通过设计变量的选取、目标函数和约束条件的确定,建立了单级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计的数学模型,最后借助MATLAB的优化工具箱进行了优化计算,给出了优化设计程序,得到了优化参数。通过对结果进行比较,该方案的设计减速器的体积比原来的设计方案下降了25%。 Reducer is a transmission device which is widely found in mechanical equipment. Traditionally, in order to get satisfied design data of reducer, you must cut and try again and again. Although this design data can satisfy conditions given, it is not optimal. In this paper, by the way of selecting design variable, setting up goal function and restriction condition, the mathematical model of single cylindrical gear reducer was established. Finally, the optimization design is presented with the help of Matlab Optimization Toolbox, and the program of the optimization was given, and attained the optimization parameters. By comparing the results, we found that the volume of the gear was decreased 25% comparing former one.
