126例头面部皮肤癌放射治疗疗效分析

Analyzing Results of Radiotherapy on Cutaneum Carcinoma of the Head and Face

目的对头面部皮肤癌的放射治疗方法及疗效进行探讨。方法1980年3月～1996年4月,本院共收治头面部皮肤癌126例,采用单纯放疗与术后放疗两种不同治疗手段。结果术后放疗远期疗效优于单纯放疗;基底细胞癌预后好于鳞状细胞癌;临床分期越晚疗效越差。结论放射治疗对头面部皮肤癌疗效肯定,可根据病理类型和临床分期选择不同放疗方法。

Objective To analyze the treatment result and prognosis of radiotherapy in cutaneous cancer of head and face. Methods 126 patients with head or face cutaneum carcinoma cancer were treated in our hospital from March 1980 to April 1996. 66 patients were treated by single Radiotherapy and 60 patients were treated by Radiotherapy after operation. Results The long term results of radiotherapy after operation are better than of single radiotherapy, the later the cancer is staged, the worse the therapeuticof the heat and face. Conclusions A corresponding radiotherapy may be selected according to its pathological type and its clinical staging..
