摘要
目的检测卵巢肿瘤组织中突变型p53表达及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性并与正常卵巢相比,同时探讨二者在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测49例卵巢恶性肿瘤、15例良性肿瘤及11例正常卵巢组织中突变型p53表达及iNOS活性,分析二者相关性。结果①卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中突变型p53阳性表达率、iNOS活性(65.31%、61.22%)明显高于正常卵巢(9.09%、18.18%)及卵巢良性肿瘤(13.13%、20.00%)(P<0.01,P<0.05);②突变型p53随卵巢恶性肿瘤临床期别进展、恶性程度的加深阳性表达率上调(P<0.05,P<0.01),iNOS随卵巢肿瘤恶性程度的加深活性增高(P<0.05),但与肿瘤临床分期无关(P>0.05);③卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中突变型p53表达与iNOS活性呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论突变型p53、iNOS可能在卵巢肿瘤的发生发展中相互作用并形成正反馈环路,加速肿瘤的恶性进展。
Objective To detect the expression of mutational p53 and inducible nitric oxide synthase in ovarian neoplasm and study the correlation between them. Methods The expression of p53 gene and inducible nitric oxide synthase was detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results ①The expression of p53, iNOS in healthy ovary, benigh and malignant ovarian tumor increased gradually ( 9.09 %, 13.13 % ,65.31% ; 18.18% ,20.00% ,61.22% ) ( P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ) ;②Statistical analysis indicated that the expressions of p53 were related to the stage and the grade of tumor( P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ) , but the espression of iNOS wsa only related to the grade of tumor( P 〈 0.05 ) ;③In ovarian malignant neoplasms the high expression of p53 was correlated with high expression of iNOS( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions In the progression of malignant ovarian tumor,p53 and iNOS are reactive and there is possibly a positive feedback loop.
