摘要
设计的恒压供水控制系统,应用了模糊控制技术和变频技术,较好的克服了传统PID控制的控制稳定性差、参数调整困难和调速级差的问题,并提供了一种用PLC实现模糊控制的新方法。该系统取代了高塔或水泵直接加压供水方式,提高了供水质量,节能效果明显,极具推广、应用价值。
Based on the technology of fuzzy control frequency conversion, we developed a constant pressure water supply system. This system got over the disadvantage of poor control stability, difficult parameter adjustment and poor speed adjustment of the conventional PID control system. On the side, adopting PLC technology, we brought forward a novel method that has realized fuzzy control. The system replaces the conventional water supply mode of water tower and water pump pressure, accordingly, improves the quality of water supply. Its effect of economize on energy is remarkable. Consequently, this system takes on favorable value of popularization and application.
