聚醚腈型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液的制备与性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用端羟基聚醚腈(HPEC),甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),1,4-丁二醇和三乙醇胺(TEA)为主要原料制备了聚醚腈型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了制备过程中对水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响因素。实验结果表明,三乙醇胺对乳液的稳定性影响很大,采用该工艺制备的聚醚腈型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液具有良好的贮存稳定性,且涂膜的机械性能良好;当聚醚腈型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液和固化剂的质量比在100∶6到75∶6之间时,产品的强度最好。 Poly(cyanoarylether) cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsions were synthesized by the reaction of hydroxy-terminated poly(cyanoarylether)(HPCE) with toluene diisocyanate, 1,4-butanediol and triethanolamine. In this article the factors which have effect on the synthesis of the prepolymer and the mechanical properties of the film casted from the emulsion were discussed. The results showed that the amount of triethanolamine has a great effect on the stability of the emulsion, the product has good storage stability and its film has good mechanical properties. If the ratio of the amount of the emulsion to that of the AQ-100(curing agent) is between 100 : 6 and 75 : 6, the strength of the adhesion of the waterborne polyurethane emulsions is the best.
