摘要
自上世纪90年代初以来,开发新的阻燃剂及阻燃材料的困难即明显增加。一方面,环保法规对传统的阻燃材料提出了严格的挑战;另一方面,工业部门希望阻燃产品保持尽可能低的价格。而有些新的阻燃材料仍待开发,甚至可以说是急需。本文论述的就是几种有市场容量或有应用前景、值得研发的阻燃剂及阻燃高分子材料新秀,它们是:硫衍生物阻燃剂,实用的阻燃棉-聚酯混纺织物,耐久性阻燃棉织物,耐久性阻燃木材,耐候性阻燃涂料、无卤V-0级PBT及低烟苯乙烯系塑料。
Since the beginning of 1990s, the difficulties of developing new flame retardants and flame-retarded materials have been increasing. On one side, the environmental regulations have gave stringent challenges to the traditional flame-retarded materials. On the other side, the industrial users always want the flame-retarded materials to keep the lowest possible price. But some flame retardants and flame-retarded polymeric materials which have large marketing or are promising in industrial applications are waiting for developing. This paper described a number of these materials. They are sulfur derivatives as flame retardants, applicable flame-retarded cotton-polyester blend fabrics, durable flame retarded cotton textiles, durable flame-retarded wood, weatherable flame-retarded coatings, nonhalogen PBT with V-0 grade, and low smoke styrenic plastics.
