高可见光吸收红外辐射陶瓷的制备和性能 被引量:8

PREPARATION AND PERFORMANCE OF INFRARED RADIATION CERAMIC WITH HIGH VISIBLE LIGHT ABSORPTION

摘要 选择高红外辐射率的堇青石和对可见光吸收率很大的尖晶石型铁氧体FeMnCuO4为主要组分,制备出高可见光吸收的高效红外辐射陶瓷。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见分光光度计和红外辐射测量仪分别对合成粉体的相组成、显微结构、可见光吸收性能以及红外辐射性能进行了研究。结果表明:在铁氧体掺杂量为25%,1200℃保温2h烧成的陶瓷在400nm-900nm波段的吸收率为0.92,远红外辐射率为0.94。 High infrared radiation and high visible light absorption ceramic has been prepared with cordierite and ferrite FeMnCuO4 by sol-gel method. The phase composition, the microstructure, the absorptivity and the emissivity of the synthesized products were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscope, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and infrared radiation spectroscopy respectively. The optimum preparation conditions were chosen out as 25% of ferrite content, and 1200℃ of calcinations temperature for 2h based on orthogonal experiments, and the ceramic sample exhibits an absorptivity of 0. 92 in the wave length range of 400nm to 90Ohm and a far infrared emissivity of 0.9a.
