A series of software for test and analysis welding process

在多年研究焊接电弧和电焊机的基础上,针对焊接研究中一些具体工作设计了专门的应用软件,配合相应的硬件设施可以进行电弧的多种测试:针对电弧电信号波形进行多种分析;结合同步高速摄像实现电弧图像和波形的同步再现。此外,还能对电焊机各种检测项目进行整套测试。这些软件有机地组合在一起,形成了焊接测试系统软件,为焊接研究工作提供了便利。

A series of softwares are designed during many years of welding arc and welding machine research work, ＇all for special purpose. Some can be used for many test of welding arc with relevant device,some can be used for analysis the signal waveform of welding current and arc voltage,some can be used to relive the waveform of welding arc with high-speed video camera pictures in synchronize way,and some can be utilized for welding machine test.Such softwares combined form the configuration software greatly to facilitate the welding research work.
