摘要
国产21/4Cr-1M o钢中厚板(δ=50~90m m)已广泛应用于加氢重整装置的制造,对用于制造加氢反应器类压力容器的国产21/4Cr-1M o钢板(δ=105m m)进行了焊接和热处理工艺性能试验。结果表明:各项性能指标均满足常见的加氢类设备技术要求,可用于制造板焊式加氢重整反应器等临氢设备;通过调整化学成分可改进钢的冶炼,从而有效提高钢的强度指标。
21/4Cr-1Mo thick(δ =50-90 mm) plate has been widely applied in hydro-device manufacturing.A welding and heat treatment experiment is done on 21/4Cr-1Mo steel (δ =105 mm),which for the manufacture of hydrogenation reactor pressure vessels.The results showes that the performance index can meet the demand of common hydro-device,and the steel plate can be used to manufacture panels-welded hydro-device equipment.By adjusting the chemical composition, the intensity of steel is improved effectively.
