短路过渡GMAW系统中参数变化的预测分析 被引量:2

摘要 在建立了短路过渡G M A W系统动态模型的基础上,研究了与G M A W短路过渡过程有重要关系的动态参数,特别涉及到一些无法通过试验获取的参数的动态变化,并进一步讨论了有关参数间的内在联系。焊丝熔化速度与焊接电流变化规律一致,但在燃弧和短路的交替瞬间发生跳变;焊丝熔化速度直接影响到焊丝干伸长的变化和短路液桥高度的变化;短路期液桥的体积同时受到焊丝熔化和液桥金属向熔池过渡的影响。 Based on dynamic model of the whole GMAW system built,dynamic variations of the important parameters associated to short circuit transfer of GMAW have been researched,especially for parameters which are unable to be measured through experiment. Furthermore,interdependence of these parameters has been discussed.h has been showed that the melting rate of wire has the same tendency with current but saltating when arc moment and short circuit moment alternate,and the melting rate of wire affects the change of wire extension and height of liquid bridge.Volume of liquide bridge is enflenced by both wire melting and transition of liquid metal to welding pool.
