摘要
文章在分析车辆最常用的膜片弹簧摩擦离合器接合过程的基础上,建立汽车传动系的扭转振动的力学分析方程;结合实际车型,分析了车辆的固有频率、扭振响应、刚度参数对固有频率的灵敏度。为进一步分析车辆磨擦离合器接合阶段传动系的各个部分的参数对扭转振动的影响、降低起步阶段的噪声、改进传动系扭振性能具有一定的意义。
The dynamic equation for analyzing torsional vibration of the vehicle drivetrain is established based on analyzing the jointing process of frictional clutches, and the vehicle 's inherent frequency, the response of torsional vibration and the sensitivity of rigidity parameters to inherent frequency are studied. The results are useful to further research on torsional vibration of the vehicle drivetrain, reducing the yawp of starting and ameliorating the capability of torsional vibration.
