摘要 描述了熔喷法非织造布的典型应用以及工艺的基本步骤与缺点。将熔喷法与其他纤网成形工艺相结合便形成了复合材料,这开启了该工艺新应用领域之门,而这是以前仅用熔喷法所难以实现的。介绍了德国立达自动化设备公司为易于操作维修所做的优化设计。其特点包括纺丝头组合件的顶端装载以及聚合物的链段分布。 Typical applications of mehblown nonwovens and basic function and weakness of mehblown process are described. The combination of mehblown and other nonwoven forming processes to create composites, has opened the doors to applications previously unavailable to this unique process. Rieter's optimized EMBLO design for easy operation and handling is presented. The main features include top-loading of spinning nozzle and the segmented distribution of polymer.
