摘要
研究了微波功率、浸提时间、固液比和提取液pH值等因素对多糖提取量的影响,并通过正交试验设计的方法得到了微波提取南瓜多糖的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率400W,提取时间16min,固液比为1g∶50mL,提取液pH值为10,在此条件下南瓜多糖的提取量为99.6mg/g。
The microwave power, extracting time, pH and solid liquid ratio were studied. The optimum parameters of extracting Pumpkin Polysaccharides were obtained by orthogonal test, microwave power 400 W, time 16 min, pH 10, solid liquid ratio 1 g : 50 mL. The yielding content of Pumpkin Polysaccharides was 99.6 mg/g at the condition of optimum parameters.
