山药的研究概况

Review of Study on Dioscorea Opposita Thunb

山药,又名土薯、大薯、薯药等。山药营养丰富,具有很高的药疗价值。简要介绍了山药的种类分布、加工和贮藏、活性成分及药理活性。对山药的研究概况进行了综述。

Dioscorea opposita Thunb, also named Chinese yams, is important staple food in many tropical countries. Even more interestingly, yams have also been used as health food and herbal medicinal ingredients in trational Chinese medicine. The general situation of Chinese yam, the species, the processing and preservation, also with biochemical components, and the distribution of our country and the pharmacology activity were reviewed in this paper.
