摘要
如何维护金融债权是我国正在重视和研究的一个重要课题。本文针对目前金融债权悬空的形式及其危害,从金融机构内外环境的角度分析和阐述了金融债权难以保护的深层原因,并有针对性地提出了维护金融债权的法律对策。
How to protect finance creditor＇s rights is an important subject to discuss. Confronted with the fact that majority of financial claims are hanging in the air and negative effects it causes, this article is designed to expound why finance creditor＇s rights are hard to maintain. Accordingly, legal solutions are suggested to the matters.
