职业院校法制教育模式创新研究

Innovative way for law education at technical college

本文以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想以及科学发展观为指针,对高等职业院校加强法制观念教育的紧迫性及其基本原则和根本任务进行了全面的论述,同时,对加强学生的法制和法制教育模式创新进行了研究和探讨,论点明确,旗帜鲜明,并提出了一些切实可行的法制教育的创新形式。

Under the direction of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Three Representation theroy, and the scientific outlook on development, this article is designed to discuss the possibility for technical colleges to enhance the students＇ moral and legal conception. Moreover, it talks about the principle and mission to educate, and the reason for strengthening the education of moral and legal conception. Accordingly, suggestions are made to innovatively carry out law education at technical colleges in China. Significantly, the disquisition may provide positive reference to those institutions that need to strengthen the education of their students＇ moral and legal conception.
