Shenzhen is a hot soil where various kinds of talents are flowing in large quantity. What fields of talented persons Shenzhen is really in need of has been remaining a focus both for domestic and international communities. Based on the need for talented persons in market from 2004 to 2005, this paper looks into supply ＆ demand situation in terms of the number of posts, disciplines of profession,and degrees of education. It is aimed to provide basic and first-hand information for making education policy more room both for employers and employees to choose in a double way.
