Drug trafficking, though similar to drug smuggling , drug making, and drug sales, is an offense that comparatively consists of distinctive modes. As such, the conviction and penalty related to drug trafficking is considered differently. This article, by way of observing the concept of drug trafficking and analyzing the conviction and penalty of the six modes of the offense, intends to find a right way in which the judiciary can adjudicate drug trafficking cases.
