摘要
流域生态系统基本需水得不到满足是造成目前流域生态危机的主要原因。在分析流域生态系统结构、功能模块的复杂性的基础上,根据流域生态需水整体综合性、模块复杂性、空间连续性、时间差异性以及自然、人工双控性的特性,建立了流域生态需水规律的理论框架。以海河流域为例,计算了各水系的主要河流湿地、湖沼湿地以及河口湿地不同时空条件和不同恢复方案下的生态需水量。
No sufficing the basic environmental water demand of the eco-systems is one of the cause of the eco-system crisis appeared nowadays in China. In this paper, the structures of the eco-systems of the river basin and the complexities of the modules, bring out that the characteristic of river basin environmental water demand, complexity of the modules, continuity of space, diversity of time and nature-human control are analyzed. Theory framework and procedure of the river basin environmental-flow demand research is established. Haihe River as an example, the environmental water demand of the river-wetland, lake-wetland and bayou-wetland under high, moderate and low scheme and different recover plan are calculated.
