Key points and measures in 11th Five-Year Plan on Water Development of Tibet Autonomous Region

在分析西藏水利发展现状和存在问题的基础上,根据经济社会发展对水利发展提出的要求以及水利建设任务的紧迫程度,抓住对西藏经济社会发展起关键支撑作用的大型骨干工程、与人民群众切身利益密切相关的饮水安全和用电保障工程以及促进西藏水利可持续发展的能力建设等重点问题提出解决措施。

Solutions for economic and social development of Tibet Autonomous Region are studied, on the basis of analyzing current situation of water development and existed problems, according to requirement of economic and social development to water development, and the needs of emergency water project construction, such as backbone water project construction, safeguarding supply of drinking water and electricity which is closely related to the interests of common people and capacity building for a sustainable development of water resources,
