针对某砖混结构住宅楼设计资料不全、多处改动、强度低、裂缝等情况,采取相应地加固措施,确保了建筑物的安全、合理使用,为解决历史遗留问题提供了一种新思路。

A brick and concrete residential building without blueprint, change in many place, low strength, and crack was consolidated, the safety and trasonable application of the building was ensured, and a new thinking to solve historic problems was provided in this paper.
