摘要
本文通过对某大学公寓的塌陷事故调查,发现该建筑场地黄土属Ⅳ级自重(很严重)湿陷性场地,计算自重湿陷量(Δzs)最大为724.7mm。经检测证明,漏水导致地基湿陷是造成事故的主要原因。
By investigation of apartment sink accident in a university, find that yellow soil in the field of the university is Ⅳ degree dead load sink field and the calculated maximum dead load sink (△zs) is 724.7mm. The main causes of the accident were demonstrated by the test is damp sink through the foundation leakage.
