摘要
目的:开发利用黄三七Souliea vaginata资源,从中寻找新的天然活性成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和各种波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了6个三萜皂苷,分别为25(R)-甲氧基阿特素(1)、12β-羟基升麻醇木糖苷(2)、7,8-二去氢-25-甲氧基-24-O-乙酰升麻醇木糖苷(3)、25-甲氧基-24-O-乙酰升麻醇木糖苷(4),24-O-乙酰升麻醇木糖苷(5)和7,8-二去氢-24-O-乙酰升麻醇木糖苷(6)。结论:化合物1为新的天然产物,化合物2—6均为本属首次分离。
AIM: To find active constituents from the root of Sotdiea vaginata. METHOD: Various column chromatographic techniques were applied for isolation and purification. The structures were elucidated by spectral evidence. RESULT: Six compounds were isolated and identified as 26 ( R )-methoxyactein (1), 12β- hydroxycimigenol-3- O-β-D-xylopyranoside (2), 24- O-acetyl-25- O-methyl-7, 8-didehydroshenmanol-3-O-β-D-xyloside ( 3 ), 25-O-methyl-24-O-acetyl hydroshengmanol-3-O-β-D-xyloside ( 4 ), 24 - O- acetylhydroshengmanol-3- O-β- D-xyloside ( 5 ), and 7, 8-didehydro-24- O-acetylhydroshengmanol-3-O-β- D-xyloside ( 6 ). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new natural product; compounds 2 ~ 6 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
