摘要
结合郑州展览中心屋盖结构的关键连接节点,探讨了空间多支管铸钢节点的受力性能。对一大型铸钢节点进行了足尺试验,设计了自平衡的加载装置对节点加载,对一些重要部位的应力状况进行了测试,应用有限元方法进一步分析了节点的应力分布,从而对节点强度作了评估,使该节点在实际工程中应用具有安全可靠的保证,还对铸钢节点的制作质量提出了建议。
Based on the key joint in the roof structure of Zhengzhou Exhibition Center, static behavior of multiplanar cast steel joints is discussed in this paper. A full-scale experiment on a large cast steel joint was carried out and a self-balance loading device is designed to apply loads on the joint. Stresses at some important positions were measured. Stress distributions in the whole joint were analyzed using finite element method. Thereby the joint strength is evaluated to ensure the safety of the joint used in the engineering. Furthermore, a few suggestions are put forward on the fabrication quality of the cast steel joint in the paper.
