Preparation of ultra-fine spherical Al(OH)_3 particles by homogeneous precipitation method from AlCl_3 and Al(NO_3)_3 solution in the presence of urea

摘要 以AlCl3和Al(NO3)3为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,草酸铵为添加剂,采用均匀沉淀法制备出超细球形Al(OH)3颗粒.通过SEM和粒度分布手段表征了产品的形貌和大小特征.结果表明,所制备的Al(OH)3颗粒呈球状且分布较均匀,平均粒径为0.85μm.同时对球形颗粒形成的机理进行了初步分析.该制备工艺简单,易实现工业化生产. The preparation of spherical Al(OH)3 particles is investigated by homogeneous precipitation method in the presence of urea adding ammonium oxalate in this paper. The powder products prepared in this method are characterized by SEM and granularity distribution chart. The results show that Al(OH)3 particles is spherical with narrow size distribution and mean size of 0.85μm. Meanwhile, the formation mechanism of spherical particles in the AlCl3 and Al(NO3)3 solutions is also analyzed in the paper. The operation and equipment of this preparation method are simple, and it has broad market prospect.
