摘要
为提高刮板输送机中部槽的耐磨损性能,利用等离子束表面冶金技术在中部槽的链道部位堆焊一层耐磨合金条带,采用金相显微镜、显微硬度计和湿砂橡胶轮式磨损试验机对冶金层的组织和性能进行了研究,并进行了工况现场试验.研究结果表明:冶金层与基体呈冶金结合,组织形态良好,与普通中部槽相比较,经过处理的中部槽的耐磨性大大提高,摩擦系数有所降低,其使用寿命提高4倍以上.
In order to improve wear-resistance of chutes, plasma cladding technique is employed to abtain wear-resistant stripped coating on path of chain in chutes. Metallographic microscope, microhardness in- strument and greensand abrasion machine were adopted to study the microstructure and performance of the alloy coating. Field study was made on the base of lab study. Results show that the alloy coating is bonded with substrate metallurgically and its microstructure are good. Wear-resisting property of chutes after PTA alloy technique rise notably and their service life increases by 4 times compared with common chutes.
