右归饮对家兔激素性股骨头坏死骨髓脂肪化的影响 被引量:18

EFFECT OF "YOUGUI YIN" ON MARROW FATTY CONVESION IN RABBIT HORMONAL FEMORAL-HEAD NECROSIS

摘要 为观察右归饮对激素性股骨头坏死骨髓脂肪化的影响,探讨其防治作用机理。采用醋酸氢化泼尼松臀肌注射造模,设模型组、治疗组和正常组,应用PAS-8000病理图象分析系统分别测定各组髓腔内脂肪细胞面积,并观察股骨头局部病理形态改变、计数骨陷窝空虚率。结果显示,与正常组比较,模型组髓腔内脂肪细胞面积显著增大(P<0.01),骨陷窝空虚率显著增高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,治疗组髓腔内脂肪细胞面积明显减少(P<0.01),骨陷窝空虚率明显降低(P<0.01)。表明右归饮可抑制股骨头髓腔内骨髓脂肪化,认为这可能是右归饮通过拮抗激素诱导骨髓基质细胞成脂分化同时促进成骨修复达到防治激素性股骨头坏死作用的机理。 In order to observe the effect of 'YOUGUI YIN'(YGY,the Kidney-yangreinforcing Decoction) on marrow fatty convesion(MFC) in hormonal femoral head necrosis and to study the therapeutic mechanism,rabbit models of MFC were made by intra-muscular injection of hydroprednosone acetate and three groups were set: the modeled,the treated and the normal;the intra-marrow fat cell areas(FCA) of the three groups were measured by PAS8000 pathological image analysis system,respectively,the local pathological morphological changes of the femoral head were observed and the bone lacuna vacancy rates(BLVR) were counted.The results showed that compared with those of the normal group,the FCA of the modeled was significantly increased(P < 0.01) and so was the BLVR(P < 0.01);while compared with those of the modeled group,the FCA of the treated was significantly decreased (P < 0.01) and so was the BLVR(P < 0.01),suggesting that YGY functions to inhibit the MFC in femoral head marrow cavity,which may be attributed to that YGY antagonizes the marrow stromatic cell lipoblastic differentiation induced by hormone and stimulates the osteoblastic repair,reaching the mechanism preventing and treating hormonal femoral head necrosis.【
