以地域“共生”角度来看待中日旅游发展的战略步骤,在现阶段,期望更多的日本游客来华是缺乏新意的。应从推进和发展中日旅游的步骤可以分为资源的整治与互知、旅游人脉网络的建设、切入技术研究等三个层面对促进中日旅游有个全新的考虑。

This paper discussed the policy programming on Sino - Japan Tourism from regional co - existence point.It was believed that Sino -Japan Tourism should propelled through preparation on resource and mutual knowing, human network construction, furthermore entrance technique these 3 layers with a new round direction, but not only the available way to promote in destination.
